A seller on an e-commerce platform plays a crucial role in the ecosystem by offering products or services for sale, ensuring a positive buying experience for customers, and adhering to the platform’s rules and regulations

1.1 Eligibility: To register as a Seller, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
1.2 Account Information: Sellers must provide accurate and complete information during registration. The Seller agrees to keep this information up to date at all times.
1.3 Verification: The Platform reserves the right to verify the Seller’s information and may require additional documentation to confirm the Seller’s identity and business legitimacy.

2.3 Prohibited Items: Sellers may not list products that are illegal, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate the Platform's prohibited items policy.

3.2 Commission and Fees: The “Platform” may charge a commission on sales and other applicable fees, as outlined in the Platform's fee schedule. These fees will be deducted from the Seller’s earnings.
3.3 Payment Schedule: The Platform will disburse payments to Sellers according to the payment schedule specified in the Seller’s account settings, subject to the Platform’s payment processing terms.

3.2 Commission and Fees: The “Platform” may charge a commission on sales and other applicable fees, as outlined in the Platform's fee schedule. These fees will be deducted from the Seller’s earnings.

4.1 Fulfilment: Sellers are responsible for promptly fulfilling orders and ensuring the timely delivery of products to customers.
4.2 Shipping Policy: Sellers must adhere to the Platform’ s shipping guidelines and provide accurate shipping information and estimated delivery times.
4.3 Returns and Refunds: Sellers must comply with the Platform's return and refund policies. Sellers are required to accept returns and process refunds in accordance with these policies.
4.1 Fulfilment: Sellers are responsible for promptly fulfilling orders and ensuring the timely delivery of products to customers.
4.2 Shipping Policy: Sellers must adhere to the Platform’ s shipping guidelines and provide accurate shipping information and estimated delivery times.

5. Seller Conduct:
5.1 Prohibited Conduct: Sellers must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unfair practices. This includes, but is not limited to, manipulating reviews, engaging in fake transactions, or violating the Platform's code of conduct.
5.2 Communication: All communication with customers must be conducted through the Platform’ s messaging system. Sellers must not engage directly with customers without any proper approval form CultivaTec.

6. Intellectual Property:
6.1 Ownership: Sellers represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions to use any content they upload to the “Platform”.
6.2 License Grant: By listing products on the Platform, Sellers grant the “Platform” a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content in connection with the operation of the “Platform”.
6.1 Ownership: Sellers represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions to use any content they upload to the “Platform”.

7.2 Indemnity: Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the “Platform”, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of the Seller’s use of the “Platform”, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

8. Termination:
8.1 Termination by Seller: Sellers may terminate their account at any time by providing written notice to the “Platform”
8.2 Termination by “Platform”: The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Seller’s account at any time, with or without cause, including for any violation of these Terms.
8.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Seller’s right to use the “Platform” will immediately cease. All pending obligations and rights will survive the termination.

10. Warrants: that, at the time of delivery, any Products supplied by seller shall.
10.1 Meet the Standards and specifications prescribed for such products.
10.2 Be of good quality, workmanship and free from defects, latent and patent.
10.3 Be merchantable, fit, and sufficient for CultivaTec intended purpose.
10.4 Shall have 12 months shelf life as required under law for the time being in force.
10.5 Be conveyed with good title, free from any lawful security interest, lien, or encumbrance.

Seller shall obtain all the necessary marketing approvals or permissions in the respective states/districts/Area on their own cost and expenses and sell products on CultivaTec’s Platform.
